The Well can comfortably accommodate approximately 250–300 guests, making it an excellent choice for both intimate ceremonies and larger celebrations.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes! We want you to create a wedding day that reflects your style, so you're welcome to choose your own licensed vendors.
To ensure a positive experience for all of our couples, Weddings at The Well reserves the right to decline the use of a vendor whose reputation, professionalism, or previous conduct does not meet our standards.
Is alcohol permitted?
Alcohol may be permitted under specific circumstances and must be approved in advance by Weddings at The Well.
Additional event insurance may be required, and all applicable laws and venue policies must be followed. We currently permit wine and champagne only. Beer, liquor, and spirits are not allowed.
Can we decorate the venue?
Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize your wedding.
To help preserve our historic building, all decorations must be free-standing. Nothing may be nailed, screwed, stapled, taped, glued, or otherwise attached directly to the walls, doors, stained glass, pews, ceilings, or other permanent fixtures.
Your venue coordinator will gladly answer any decorating questions before your event.

For weddings and larger events, tables and chairs are not included and should be rented through the vendor of your choice.
For smaller events such as showers, meetings, and intimate gatherings, limited tables and chairs may be available. Please ask about availability when booking.
How much time do we have at the venue?
Venue access depends on the package you select.
Each package includes a specific amount of access time for setup, your event, photography, and cleanup. Your reservation details will outline the hours included with your booking.

Yes.
The sanctuary and lower level of The Well are handicap accessible, allowing guests to comfortably access our primary event spaces.
Is parking available?
Yes. Convenient parking is available near the venue for you and your guests.
Can we schedule a tour before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage every couple to experience The Well in person.
Private tours are available by appointment and typically last 30–45 minutes. During your visit, we'll walk through the venue, discuss your vision, answer questions, and review our available packages.
How do we reserve our date?
Once you've selected your package, a signed rental agreement and required deposit are needed to officially reserve your event date.
Because we host a limited number of weddings each year, we recommend booking as early as possible.
